The website was a redesign of one done 3 years previously. The first iteration, whilst successful and contributed to the fantastic growth of the organisation, highlighted that users needed to follow the signup process in a different way, because most completed the journey from a mobile phone.
The new design was created with the mobile user interface as the primary requirement. The client reported a greater increase in enquiry-conversion-to-engagement only a few weeks after the launch.
