Getting support for your website

If you need help with content on your website, for example adding blog posts, text or images, please see our support videos.

During weekends & holiday periods, we will respond to support requests according to our Service Level Agreement we have with your hosting package. If the help you need is critical (the website is down or compromised) we’ll respond as quickly as we can. For all other support and new requests, we will respond at the next available opportunity.
